Integrate CLM with Conga Sign

You can use Conga Sign to send for eSignatures from CLM. For more information, see Conga Sign-CLM Custom Settings, Using Conga Sign with Conga CLM, and Sending Transactions from Conga CLM.

New User Interface for Send for Review Flow

By default, you will see the new send for review UI when you send documents for review. For more information, see Sending an Agreement Document for Parallel Review.

Enhancements

The following enhancements are new to Conga CLM in this release.

Removed User Experience Analysis Component

CLM has removed the User Experience Analysis component that collected product usage data.

Clone, Amend, or Renew Agreements with Large Files

You can clone, amend, or renew agreements with up to 2GB file size. When you clone, amend, or renew agreements with large files, the original files are duplicated and it impacts the storage space. For more information, see Supported File Sizes in Lightning.

You can copy documents from Document Version Detail using Clone Spec. For more information, see Configuring APTS_ComplyConfig.

Update an Existing Document Version by Importing Offline Documents

When the Ancestor selection for Import Offline comply system property is enabled, you can view the Import Documents popup. You can update the existing document version by importing a document so that the document versioning can be tracked as a single document version. For more information, see Comply System Properties and Importing an Offline Document.

Introduced New Clause Approval Status

If you have integrated CLM with Online Contract Collaboration and Approvals, you can see the In Clause Approvals status when a clause approval process is initiated from OCC. For more information, see Status and Status Categories.

Change Agreement Status After Clause Approval

If you need to define the status and status category of an agreement to update after all clauses are approved, canceled, or rejected in the agreement, You can configure the APTS_AgreementStatusOnClauseApproval admin entry. For more information, see Admin Entries.

Restrict Users from Sending Non-Essential Documents for Review

You can restrict users from sending non-essential agreements or documents for review by passing Agreement IDs or Document IDs as parameters in the formula field. You can add document IDs of the related, parent, sibling, or child agreements. If any document IDs of documents mentioned in the formula field are in review, those documents are not listed when a user sends agreement documents for review. For more information, see Configuring the Send for Review Custom Button.

Availability of the Upload Reviewed Document Button

When you send a document for parallel review and the review cycle for the document is in Not Started or In Progress status, you can view the Upload Reviewed Document button on the Agreement Detail page. For more information, see Sending an Agreement Document for Parallel Review.

View Review Cycle of Each Document

When you send more than one document for parallel review, you can see the progress of the review cycle of each document on the Agreement Detail page or on the Review Cycle page. For more information, see Sending an Agreement Document for Parallel Review.

Set Field and Clause Level Permissions During Parallel Review

When the Enable document permissions for review comply system property is enabled, users can view the Set field and clause permission toggle in the second step of the parallel review and set the field or clause level permissions for each reviewer in the third step of the parallel review. At the second step, you can toggle the Set field and clause permission off to send the documents for review without customizing user permissions for smart fields and clauses. For more information, see Comply User Properties and Sending an Agreement Document for Parallel Review.

View Review Cycle Details on the Agreement Detail Page

You can view the review cycle details in the Review Status section on the Agreement Detail page. You can refresh the review status to view the latest review status. You can navigate to the Review Cycle page without navigating to the Document Versions page. For more information, Adding the Review Status Panel on the Agreement Detail Page.

Configure Columns in the Documents Tab

When you configure the registration setting and remote site setting, you can configure the columns that are visible on the Documents tab. For more information, see Working with Documents.

Restrict Supporting Documents During Review

Administrators can use the Show Add More Button During Review comply user property to allow users to view the Add more button while sending documents for review to add supporting documents from their local or shared drive. You can configure the comply user property to customize permissions for specific profiles or users. For more information, see Comply User Properties and Sending an Agreement Document for Parallel Review.

No Dependency on Track Activities

To send documents for parallel review, you do not have to select the Track Activities checkbox on the Document Version Detail page.
