New Features
The following features are new to Conga CLM in this release.
Send Documents for Mixed Review using Office 365
You can send agreement documents for review to stakeholders in and out of your organization. You can also initiate a review cycle for mixed review that consists of both internal and external reviewers. On the review cycle page, you can differentiate the internal, external, and mixed reviews with the tags (O365 Internal Review, O365 External Review, and Office 365 Review). For more information, see Sending an Agreement Document for Collaborative Review Using Office 365 Review.
Use SharePoint Site for Office 365 Review
An administrator can create a Microsoft SharePoint site to apply security and give access to only selected stakeholders when users send Office 365 documents for internal, external, or mixed review. In the Office 365 Settings, you can use the SharePoint Site field to add Microsoft SharePoint Site. For more information, see Configuring Office 365 Settings.
Enhancements
The following enhancements are new to Conga CLM in this release.
Impact of Salesforce Org’s Hostnames Changes on CLM
To support the enhanced domains within Salesforce, Salesforce has changed the base domain URL of the sandboxes. Hence, you need to update the Instance URL comply system property with the new URL. For example, the existing URL: https://testmanaged--tbox.my.salesforce.com and the new URL: https://testmanaged--tbox.sandbox.my.salesforce.com. You must also ensure that Use enhanced domains and Redirect previous My Domain URLs to your current My Domain checkboxes are unselected in the My Domain Settings. For more information, see Comply System Properties.
Control Document Activation
You can configure the APTS_ActivateDocumentsSelectAll admin entry to have all documents selected or unselected during activation. You can also configure the APTS_ActivateDocumentsSelectable to allow users to select or unselect documents during activation. You can configure the APTS_ActivateDocumentsPublishAll admin entry to turn on or off Publish toggle during activation. For more information, see Admin Entries. The following table describes the impact of APTS_ActivateDocumentsSelectAll, APTS_ActivateDocumentsSelectable, and APTS_ActivateDocumentsPublishAll admin entries on the activation page.
APTS_ActivateDocumentsSelectable | APTS_ActivateDocumentsSelectAll | APTS_ActivateDocumentsPublishAll | Documents are selected? | Select or unselect documents? | Publish toggle for documents? |
