Conga CLM for Salesforce February '24 Release Notes
In these release notes, you can find packages, requirements, features, enhancements, fixed issues, and known issues for the CLM February '24 release. For documentation updates, see What's New in CLM Documentation.
This documentation may describe optional features for which you have not purchased a license; therefore, your solution or implementation may differ from what is described here. Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Executive (AE) to discuss your specific features and licensing.
Packages
The following packages and dependencies are required to upgrade to this release and use its new features. These are the minimum required versions; later versions are also supported. Prerequisites for each feature can be found in its documentation. Packages marked (New) are new for this release.
You can register your org for the Conga Push Upgrade. Conga Push Upgrade is an automated tool that upgrades packages available in your Salesforce org (Production or Sandbox) to the latest versions. In addition, it also ensures all the Conga published managed packages are on the latest versions for your registered orgs. For more information, see Registering for Conga Upgrade Program.

If you use CLM in Salesforce Lightning, you must enable the Enable Files Comply System Property.

New Features
There are no new features to Conga CLM in this release.
Enhancements
The following enhancements are new to Conga CLM in this release.
Salesforce Permission Sets Support
Administrators can associate profiles or permission sets with a CLM Lite user. The "CLM Lite Profile(s)" Comply system property is renamed "CLM Lite Profile(s)/PermissionSets".
Restricting Imported File Formats
Administrators can configure the APTS_RestrictDocumentFileFormat admin entry to prevent users from importing specific file formats into CLM.

Defining a Naming Convention for Supporting Documents
Administrators can configure the APTS_GenerateSupportingDocumentName admin entry to define a naming convention for documents generated under the "Generate Supporting Documents" section for agreements.

Defining the Default Reviewers
Administrators can configure a list of reviewers to add to the To field by default, while sending documents for review. Separate admin entries are available for different review types, i.e. simple review, parallel review, mixed review or O365 review.

Defining the Default Signatories
Administrators can configure a list of signatories to add to the To field by default, while sending documents for wet signature.

Providing Google Drive Enabled field-level permission
Administrators must give field-level permission to the Apttus__GoogleDriveEnabled__c
field for an agreement object. This field will help to integrate Conga CLM with Google Drive in the future release.
