The following features are new to Conga Contract Intelligence in this release.
Provision Descriptions during Annotation
Information icons are introduced so that during annotation (review) of a document the user can access an exact definition of the provision under annotation. See To review imported documents for more.
Global Read Access
Contract Intelligence can be configured to let all registered users see all documents imported into their business’s Contract Intelligence instance.
CFS Type Validation
Contract Intelligence information type validation is extended to documents filed with Contracts for Salesforce.
Automated Account Lookup
When a Salesforce account lookup field is mapped to a short text provision, the value extracted and displayed to the user during annotation is automatically mapped to the correct account.
Confirm Cancellation Pop-up
A confirmation popup is added to the cancellation path from document review, helping users retain their changes to extractions by preventing accidental discards.
Text Highlighting
The contrast on highlighted sections of text has been sharpened for easier document review.
