New Features

CCI2X-2128User can see Set Password page using expired reset password link, resulting in User(s) not found  error.
CCI2X-2126Was: CCI2X-1931. Users can see (but not access) files from integration Connectors to which they should have no visibility

Was: CCI2X-1934. The User Access button in integrations does not work. The admin cannot add a user.

CCI2X-2102Was: CCI2X-1837. The number of store-only documents listed in the summary view and the InSight view do not match.

Was: CCI2X-1993. The User Tag icon does not appear consistently next to tagged documents/file names/URLs.

CCI2X-2094Was: CCI2X-1592. Customer is experiencing failures on large uploads. 

Was: CCI2X-1950. Some documents uploaded before April 2022 (CCI 2.0 release) have user tags disabled, and the customer cannot view, edit, or add user tags to them.


Was: CCI2X-1992. Valid keyword searches do not produce search results from uploaded documents. 


Was: CCI2X-1994. User-generated labels disassociated from documents remain as options in the documents.

CCI2X-2067Was: CCI2X-1658. Anchoring feature in the User Tag section does not work properly.

Was: CCI2X-2004. Insights search results show paths for files, but not for folders. Modify folder search results to show a folder tree. 

CCI2X-2043Was: CCI2X-1864. Customer cannot select specific text in document when part of the text is annotated and highlighted.
CCI2X-2042Was: CCI2X-1570. Files uploaded in landscape page layout do not correctly OCR.

Workaround: Rotate document to portrait page layout in Acrobat (or any other PDF tool) before uploading to CCI.
CCI2X-2033Was: CCI2X-1908. Party name dropdown shows parties and other entities separately. Change dropdown to show one name per subject, whether or not it is a party or other entity.

Customer receives a User not found error when trying to reset the password, and cannot create a new password or use a temporary one.
