Due to the Salesforce Spring20 update, Custom Setting access needed to be manually granted so the following error didn't occur when non-admin Conga Composer users used the &DS7=111 integration parameter: "Redlining is only available to Conga Contracts customers. You either do not have the Conga Contracts application installed or are not a licensed user of it." To fix this error, Conga Contracts for Salesforce permissions sets now include Custom Settings definitions.
