System Requirements and Supported Platforms

The following table lists the minimum requirements for installing and using Conga Contracts.

Upgrade Notes

Your Conga Contracts version is automatically updated for each release by Conga.

New Features

The following new features are available for this release:

New Contract Profile Beta Features

The new Contract Profile user interface is now available for beta testing in sandbox accounts only by request. If you'd like to enable the new Contract Profile in your sandbox, contact your Customer Success Manager. This is a beta preview and does not yet contain all the features and functionalities of the current interface. For more information, see New Contract Profile User Interface Updates.

The following New Contract Profiles feature was added:

Flow Steps Actions Override

Flow Admins can now skip flow steps by selecting the Override option in Actions.

Contract Profile System Level Validation

Conga Contracts validates data entered within the Contract profile and displays error messages to flag incorrect or missing data.

User Types and Permissions

The following user types were added: Full User, Casual User, and Contracts Request User.

Company Search

Contract Admins can now search for companies by entering the first three letter of the company name or a wild card when creating a contract. Search now works consistently across the entire Conga Contracts application.

Enhancements

There are no new enhancements in this release.

Resolved Issues

The following table lists the issues resolved in this release:

CON-15634	eSignature Packages now automatically complete and returns documents on their own.
CON-15690	Downloaded documents no longer download as a .file instead of the expected Excel or Word extension.
CON-15710	You can now download and preview documents within a Contract Profile.
CON-15556	Increased the dropdown field limit for Contract Responsibility in Contract Profile and Advanced Edit to 2000 so more users display for selection.
CON-15625	Select Query now works on Advanced Reports.
CON-15382	Disabled Document Types no longer appear for selection when updating the Document Type on the Document Browse grid on a Contract Profile.
