Packages

Your Conga Contracts version is automatically updated for each release by Conga.
New Features
The following features are new to Conga Contracts in this release.
Clause Library Group Security
The new Clause Group Security features allows you to create groups for your clauses with specific permission sets, and assign users to each group. For more information, see Clause Library Group Security in Conga Contracts Winter '20 Administrator Guide.
New Contract Profile User Interface Beta Testing
The new Contract Profile user interface is now available for beta testing in sandbox accounts only by request. If you'd like to enable the new Contract Profile in your sandbox, contact your Customer Success Manager. This is a beta preview and does not yet contain all the features and functionalities of the current interface.
Several updates were made to the Contract profile for a more streamlined and enhanced user experience. For more information, see New Contract Profile User Interface Updates.
Enhancements
The following section describes existing features that are changed (or are no longer supported) in this release.
Advanced Edit
Added a filter to the Advanced Edit feature where the Date and Number is null.
Outbound Email Contract Responsibilities
When you go to the Navigation Toolbar > Systems Settings > Email Settings, there is now an option to include Contract Responsibilities in the body of outbound email messages.
Active Workflow Portlet Enhancement
You can now approve and decline steps directly from the My Flow Steps and MyContract Flows tabs in the Active Workflow portlet. For more information, see Approving a Workflow Step.
Reminder Email Enhancement
The prefix "Reminder" is now included in the email subject of all automated outbound reminder emails so that you can quickly tell the difference between a reminder email and an alert for a new task.
