Contract Intelligence February '23 Release Notes

In these release notes, you can find packages, requirements, features, enhancements, fixed issues, and known issues for the Contract Intelligence February '23 release. For documentation updates, see What's New in Contract Intelligence Documentation.

Packages

The following packages and dependencies are required to upgrade to this release and use its new features. These are the minimum required versions; later versions are also supported. Prerequisites for each feature can be found in its documentation. Packages marked (New) are new for this release.

Note

You can register your org for the Conga Push Upgrade. Conga Push Upgrade is an automated tool that upgrades packages available in your Salesforce org (Production or Sandbox) to the latest versions. In addition, it also ensures all the Conga published managed packages are on the latest versions for your registered orgs. For more information, see Registering for Conga Push Upgrade.

New Features

The following features are new to Conga Contract Intelligence in this release.

Bulk Upload from CLM

Users can now upload multiple files directly from the CLM source.

Custom Provisions

Administrators can create new custom provisions and train the Contract Intelligence API to recognize and extract them.

There are no enhancements for this release

Fixed Issues

The following issues were fixed in this release.

Known Issues

The following table provides the cumulative list of known issues up to this release.

CIC-2280	OCR fails for BMP, GIF, and TIFF file formats.
CIC-2579	Uploading additional documents for training overwrites the preceding training results and abandons the previous training documents.
CIC-2465	Premium provisions are mislabeled as “Standard” provisions in the Provision Library. The Sync Library command fails on first click but is successful on the second click.
CIC-2421	Verified flow fails on duplicate files.
CIC-2395	Inactive provisions are visible when mapping provisions in data extraction setup,
CIC-2391	Custom provision training results in Zuva “Extraction not found” error.
CIC-2366	“Data extraction failed” email not triggered on an error.
CIC-2332	On bulk ingestion, date format is updated to DD/MM/YYYY format instead of MM/DD/YYYY.
CIC-2311	On bulk ingestion, all records are exposed to user instead of only user’s own records.
CIC-2300	Document editor user cannot highlight/right click and set missing item values Workaround: Highlight the value, then copy and paste.
CIC-2276	Custom provision training extracts wrong paragraph.
CIC-2275	User dashboard shows incorrect document count.
CIC-2268	Text highlighter in review screen does not accurately follow user selections.
CIC-2072	User dashboard shows incorrect count in Documents Processing status.
