Packages

The following packages and dependencies are required to upgrade to this release and use its new features. These are the minimum required versions; later versions are also supported. Prerequisites for each feature can be found in its documentation. Packages marked (New) are new for this release.

You can register your org for Conga Push Upgrade. Conga Push Upgrade is an automated tool that upgrades packages available in your Salesforce org (production or sandbox) to the latest versions. In addition, it ensures that all the Conga published managed packages are on the latest versions for your registered orgs. For more information, see Registering for Conga Push Upgrade.

New Features and Enhancements

The following features are new to Conga CLM (Contracts for Salesforce) in this release.

External File Storage Messaging Enhancements

The following new error messages are available for External File Storage:

  • If you try to send a file larger than the 10MB limit during the Send for Negotiation process, you will receive a message alerting you to the file size limit.
  • If you try to send a file that was deleted during the Send for Negotiation process, the system will alert you that the attachment was not found.
  • If you try to send a file from external file storage but the external connection was disconnected, the system will warn you that External File Storage is not enabled and to contact your administrator.

Managed Clause Configuration Enhancement

Managed Clause Configuration is a new section available in the Conga CLM Setup tab. This section includes a toggle to enable the option to copy all additional fields from a Clause to a Managed Clause. For more information, see Managed Clause Configuration.

Custom Fields for the Clause Bundle Object

You can now add custom additional fields to the Clause Bundle Object. For more information, see Adding Custom Additional Fields to Clause Bundles.

Copy Additional Fields from a Clause to a Managed Clause

The new Managed Clause Configuration option allows you to copy additional fields from a clause to a managed clause. For more information, see Enabling Managed Clause Configuration.
