New Features
The following feature is new to OCC in this release.
Cancel Clause Approval Request
You can cancel a clause approval request that has been sent for approval. You can also cancel a clause approval request that has been approved by one or more approvers from the list of approvers. After you cancel the clause approval request, you can modify, swap with an alternate clause, delete the clause text or smart fields, or edit the submitted clause. You can also submit the same clause for approval after you have canceled the clause approval request. You cannot cancel a clause approval request that has been recalled or rejected, or that all approvers have approved.
This feature is available for Edit, Negotiate, and Negotiate plus user profiles in the OCC access mode. For more information, see Cancelling Clause Approval Request and Disabling Cancel Clause Approval Request.
Enhancements
The following enhancements are new in this release.
Progression on clause after the clause approval cycle is complete
Once a clause approval request is approved, then the user can accept or reject changes in true-up mode. After true-up, the clause will not be in read-only mode and is available for editing. If a clause approval request has been rejected, the user can only reject the changes in true-up mode. Also, if a clause approval request has been canceled through OCC, then the changes will be reverted back automatically and the clause will be available for editing or swapping purposes. For more information, see Working with Clause Approvals and Configuring Clause Approval.
Resizing Rows and Columns in a Table
Resizing is a feature that enables you to change the size of rows and columns in a table. You can re-size rows and columns of a table in a document in OCC. You can adjust the table size, column width, or row height manually. You can change the size of multiple columns or rows and modify the space between cells. You can format the document as per your requirements to fit the data. For more information, see Resizing Rows and Columns in a Table.
