This release note contains the following information about Online Contract Collaboration (OCC) Spring '21 Release.

Packages
The following packages and dependent packages are required to upgrade to this release to utilize all the new features of this release. These are the minimum required versions; later versions are also supported. Separate prerequisites for each feature can be found in the respective guides. The packages marked as (New) are new packages in this release.

Before installing or upgrading Conga managed packages, you must review the dependency matrix for each managed package. You can refer to the package dependency matrix at Managed Packages Dependency Matrix.
System Requirements and Supported Platforms
OCC is a web-based, on-demand application that is accessed via a standard web browser through the Internet. Before you install and start using OCC, you must ensure the minimum system requirements.

New Features
The following features are new to OCC in this release.
Ability to Replace Clauses
You can replace a clause with an alternate clause from the Clause Library. You can view alternate clauses in an agreement document only in Edit, Negotiate and Negotiate Plus Access Modes.

CLM (Contracts for Salesforce) Integration with Online Contract Collaboration
You can now integrate Conga CLM (Contracts for Salesforce) with Online Contract Collaboration to open and edit documents generated using merge services. OCC-893 | In the True Up mode, a user was unable to add a new line by pressing enter after accepting track changes. This issue was observed in Conga CLM (Contracts for Salesforce). |
OCC-900 | After swapping a standard clause with an alternate clause that consisted of an MS Word table with smart or read-only fields, a used encountered errors. |
Known Issues
The following table provides the cumulative list of known issues up to this release.
