OCC Summer '21 Release Notes
This release note contains the following information about Online Contract Collaboration (OCC) Summer '21 Release.

Packages
The following packages and dependent packages are required to upgrade to this release to utilize all the new features of this release. These are the minimum required versions; later versions are also supported. Separate prerequisites for each feature can be found in the respective documentation. The packages marked as (New) are new packages in this release.

Before installing or upgrading Conga managed packages, you must review the dependency matrix for each managed package. You can refer to the package dependency matrix at Managed Packages Dependency Matrix.
OCC GA Release Configuration
By default, your production org references the GA version of OCC. If you had previously configured OCC for preview release, you will need to change OCC setting to use the GA version of OCC.
To change your OCC Setting
- Go to Setup > Custom Code > Custom Settings > OCC Settings > Manage.
- Edit System Properties and update OCC URL as https://xajs.apttuscloud.com.
System Requirements and Supported Platforms
OCC is a web-based, on-demand application that is accessed via a standard web browser through the Internet. Before you install and start using OCC, you must ensure the minimum system requirements.

Enhancements
The following enhancements are new in this release.
Enhanced User Experience While Publishing a Document
After you update a document and click Publish, you can see the new publish popup with updated publishing options in the Summer '21 release. The following table lists the publish options that were available before Summer '21 and corresponding options and steps you need to follow in Summer '21 release.

Ability to Include or Remove Watermark While Publishing a Document
While publishing a document, you can select the Include Watermark checkbox to add a watermark to your document. When you select options to publish the document as final to be signed, the checkbox is disabled and the checkbox label is updated to Watermark will not be included. If there is a watermark in the document while publishing the document as final to be signed, the watermark is automatically removed after you publish the document.
When there is a watermark in the document while publishing, you can see the Remove Watermark checkbox instead of the Include Watermark checkbox. You can select the Remove Watermark checkbox to remove the watermark from the document.

Ability to Delete Documents in the Documents Tab
After you select the documents displayed in the Documents tab, the Delete button is enabled on the header of the Documents tab. Administrators can disable the Delete button for selected user profiles to restrict the deletion of documents.

Notification Messages on Navigating Away from OCC
If you have updated the document or opened a pane and you refresh, reload, close the tab, or click the back button on the browser, you will see a message that the updates to the document will not be saved if you navigate away from the page. You can select an option on the message according to your requirement and choose to stay on the page or navigate away from the page.

Ability to Add Page Breaks in a Document
In OCC, you can view existing page breaks and add page breaks in a document. You can add page breaks in Editing UI mode by clicking the page break icon () from the text formatting options.

Introduced Pagination Widget on OCC Toolbar
The pagination widget allows you to view page numbers and navigate through pages.

Enhanced Clauses Tab in the Smart Data Pane
You can see multiple smart clauses in the Clauses tab in the Smart Data pane.

Ability to Select a Table
When you hover over a table, the table is highlighted in yellow. Click to select the whole table.

Alternate Clause Management for CLM (Contracts for Salesforce)
CLM (Contracts for Salesforce) now supports clause management with OCC.
