Digital Sales Room (DSR)

Reviewing and Acting on Quote – Buyer

In the Digital Sales Room (DSR), the buyer reviews the shared quote using the provided link. Based on the assigned access, they can view, update, comment, accept, reject, or request changes on the quote.
  1. Open the quote using the shared link received via email.
  2. Click the quote link to access the quote details page.
  3. Review the quote information.
  4. Perform actions based on access level:
    • View the quote (no edits)
    • Update limited fields (such as quantity or term)
    • Fully edit cart items (if permitted)
  5. Add comments or request changes if needed. For more information, see Using Comments.
  6. Click Accept or Reject to complete the review process
    Note: The available actions depend on the access type assigned by the sales representative (guest or logged-in user with varying edit permissions).
