Importing and Exporting Field Mapping
You can import or export the list of mapped fields for an object or all objects using the Import from Excel and Export to Excel features in Dynamics 365.
To import field metadata from an Excel file outside of Dynamics 365, click Import from Excel. The Excel file must exactly match the format when exported from Dynamics 365. You can also import a CSV file in the same way.
To import or export field metadata for ALL mapped fields, go to the Map Fields page and click Import from Excel/Export to Excel > Static Worksheet from the page header.
To export fields for a single object, go to the Map Objects page and open the specified object. At the top of the field metadata list, click the More menu to the right of Refresh and select Import from Excel/Export to Excel > Static Worksheet.
