The Recall Signature feature allows you as an end user to recall and void an eSignature document that has already been sent for signatures.  

  1. For a document that has been sent for signature that you want to recall.
  2. Under Next Steps, click Recall Signature Request button to open the Recall Signature Request console.
  3. Input a Recall Reason to notify the recipient of the reason for the request, then click Recall Request.

This will send a Void notification to the Recipient and void the document.
