In these release notes, you can find enhancements and fixed and known issues for the Conga Advantage Platform 202605.1.0 release. For documentation updates, see What's New in Conga Advantage Platform Documentation.

Note:

This documentation may describe optional enhancements for which you have not purchased a license; therefore your solution or implementation may differ from what is described here. Contact your customer success manager (CSM) or account executive (AE) to discuss your specific enhancements and licensing.

Enhancements

The following enhancements are new to Conga Advantage Platform in this release.

Automatic Cleanup of Workflow Instances

The Advantage platform now automatically cleans up older workflow instances and their associated data. By default, the platform deletes workflow instances older than 90 days, along with all related records, including execution logs, runtime data, stages, and bookmarks. You can configure the retention period by using the Configuration API to meet your requirements. The platform never deletes workflow instances in Faulted or Suspended states because these instances may require investigation or manual recovery. This feature is enabled by default. To disable it, contact Conga Support. For more information, see Configure Workflow Instance Retention Period.

Service Hooks Execution Failure Notifications

The platform now supports email notifications for service hooks execution failures, including failures caused by feedback loop detection and general runtime faults. This feature is disabled by default. To enable it, contact Conga Support. For more information, see Workflow and Service Hooks Execution Failure Notifications.

Modern UI Experience

A new Modern UI experience is now available, providing a refreshed and streamlined interface designed to improve usability and navigation across the platform. Organizations can gradually transition users between the Classic UI and Modern UI while maintaining flexibility during adoption.

Administrators can now manage access to the Modern UI at the organization level using the new Modern UI toggle in Organization Management. When enabled, users automatically launch into the Modern UI and can switch between Classic UI and Modern UI based on their preference. When disabled, all users continue using the Classic UI and cannot access the Modern UI.

Users can switch to the Modern UI from the profile menu in the Classic UI. In the Modern UI, users can switch back to the Classic UI using the UI Version option under the profile menu.

Note: Contact your Conga Account Executive to enable this feature for your organization.

For more information, see Switch between Classic UI and Modern UI.

Fixed Issues

The following issues are fixed in this release. If any actions are required, they will be listed in this table.

Case NumberConga Internal IDDescription
-PLATFORM-24398

Previously, when configuring a decimal datatype field with a defined scale (such as four decimal places), the system incorrectly restricted the default value input to whole numbers only, preventing users from entering a valid decimal value. This issue has been resolved, and users can now set decimal default values that align with the configured precision and scale of the field.

-PEET-2707

Migrating between organizations caused licenses from the source organization to be incorrectly duplicated in the target organization, even when the license expiration dates differed. Each organization now correctly retains only its own license records after migration.

Known Issues

There are no known issues in this release.
