Playbooks Library
A playbook is a named collection of rules that applies to a specific contract context.
Playbooks allow your organization to define different review standards for different situations, for example, MSA contracts governed by US law may require stricter payment term rules than SOW contracts for European entities.

For any given combination of the above attributes, a single playbook can optionally be set to auto-apply enabled so that when a user invokes Redline, the correct playbook is identified and executed automatically. Within a single playbook, only one rule per clause is permitted to avoid conflicting validations.
Conga provides out-of-the-box playbooks for common contract types (MSA, NDA, SOW, and Purchase Agreement) along with corresponding out-of-the-box rules, which organizations can use as a starting point and clone and modify them to create new playbooks to match their standards.
