Prompt Configuration

Inject preconfigured prompts for ease of use and consistent searches

You have a prompt that you have tested, produces good results, and you would like to make available to all users.
For some businesses, users have repetitive questions for their AI helpers. The AiMe Quoting Skill offers a way to preconfigure a set of common, frequent requests that give users one-click access to quote information and provide the Quoting Skill with uniform prompts that ensure greater conformity and accuracy in the results.
  1. Access the Advantage Studio.
    • From the Classic interface (Launch your Conga Experience), click Admin Console > Advantage Studio
    • From the Modern interface home page, click your username at bottom left, select Go to Administration from the pop-up menu, and then click Manage in the Advantage Studio tile.
Advantage Studio opens with "Welcome to Advantage Studio".
  2. Click CPQ.
    The CPQ administration page opens.
  3. Click Add a New Prompt.
  4. Enter a name and prompt. You can also enter your industry, goal, a shortcut, and select whether this is a frequently asked prompt.
The Name and Prompt fields are required. Use an easy-to-remember name and a prompt that you have tested and that has shown itself to produce good results. The Industry and Goal fields help the AI recognize your business objectives in its reasoning. An entry in the Shortcut field offers an easy way for your users to access the prompt.
Note: Your shortcut entry must be preceded by a slash mark and contain no spaces.
Sliding the IsFrequentlyAskedPrompt toggle on makes the prompt one of a short list of default prompts that displays above the AiMe chat window.
  5. Click Save.
Your rule is saved to the AiMe chat window for Quoting Skill users.
Users can access your prompt by name, by shortcut, or, if you selected IsFrequentlyAskedPrompt, by clicking the prompt tile.
