Conga Quote Agent

Creating a Quote

  • Conga CPQ is installed on your Salesforce org (October '26 release or later).
  • Your administrator has enabled Conga Quote Agent for your user profile.
  • You have Salesforce permissions to create quotes.
  • There is an opportunity or account to which you can link the new quote.
Ask Conga Quote Agent to create a new quote by providing natural language instructions. Conga Quote Agent automatically detects your Salesforce context and applies relevant defaults.
  1. Go to an opportunity or account in Salesforce, or open the Conga Quote Agent chat panel.
  2. Enter a natural-language prompt to create a quote.
    • "Create a new quote for the ACME Q3 Renewal opportunity."
    • "Create a renewal quote for ACME Corp with a 3-year term."
    • "Make me a new enterprise quote."
    • "Create a quote for Globex with payment terms NET 60."
  3. If Conga Quote Agentrequests additional information (such as missing required fields or an opportunity selection when several are available), provide the requested details in your reply.
  4. Review Conga Quote Agent's confirmation response, which includes the new quote ID, name, status, and linked record.
    The quote is created in Draft status and linked to the specified opportunity or account.
