Conga’s AiMe is a conversational agent that takes your requests and uses Skills, sets of instructions to perform specific tasks using tools available to the agent. AiMe is preloaded with multiple skills to do such jobs as searching for content, performing analysis, or creating new objects across Conga’s product offerings. When you ask AiMe to perform a task, AiMe figures which Skill to apply and acts as a middleman, sparing you the details and giving you the information and actions that you need.
