Conga Quote Agent

Adding Products or Favorites to a Cart

  • Conga CPQ is installed on your Salesforce org (October '26 release or later).
  • Your administrator has enabled Conga Quote Agent for your user profile.
  • A quote exists in draft status with an active cart.
  • You have Salesforce permissions to edit quotes and add line items.
Use Conga Quote Agent to search for products or favorites and add them to a quote's cart through conversational prompts.
  1. Make sure you are in the context of a quote, or specify the quote in your prompt.
  2. Search for products or favorites using a natural-language prompt.
    • "Search for Conga CPQ products."
    • "Show me available favorites for this account."
    • "What products are available for this opportunity?"
  3. Review the search results Conga Quote Agent returns.
  4. Ask Conga Quote Agent to add the desired product or favorite to the cart.
    • "Add the Conga CPQ product to the cart."
    • "Add my saved favorite to this cart."
    The product or favorite is added to the cart as a new line item.
  5. Optional: Update the line-item details.
    "Update the quantity of the Support product to 5."
