Conga Quote Agent

Searching and Retrieving Quotes

  • Conga CPQ is installed on your Salesforce org (release 2602 or later).
  • Your administrator has enabled Conga Quote Agent for your user profile.
  • You have Salesforce permissions to view quotes.
Use Conga Quote Agent to search, using such criteria as customer, industry, deal value, status, or time to retrieve detailed quote information.
  1. Enter a search or retrieval prompt in the Conga Quote Agent chat.
    • "Find me quotes for customers in the HLS industry in the last quarter where the total deal value is more than 100K."
    • "What are the details of quote Q-456?"
    • "Find me quotes I created in the last quarter that were won."
    • "Find quotes where the customer bought Conga CPQ and Conga CLM."
    Conga Quote Agent displays information based on administrator-configured default fields.
  2. Review the returned results.
    For single-quote retrieval, Conga Quote Agent returns detailed fields including child object data (line items, etc.). For multi-quote searches, Conga Quote Agent returns a summary list with key fields.
