New Features and Enhancements
The following features are new to Approvals in this release.
Improvements to Approval Flow and My Approvals
Introduced several improvements to make approval management easier and more efficient:
Approval Flow Step Admin Screen:
The Step Details panel now expands automatically when you select a step, allowing you to view details more clearly without additional clicks.
My Approvals screen:
- Checkboxes for steps and sub-steps now remain visible for all items, making it easier to select multiple items.
- Reassign, Reject, and Approve actions are now also available at the bottom of the left panel, enabling faster bulk actions.
- Only the legend color appears on selected steps or sub-steps, providing a cleaner and clearer status indication.
My Approvals Reassign Popup Mandatory Field Validation
The Save button in the reassign popup remains disabled until all mandatory fields are completed, preventing incomplete submissions.
