The following enhancements are new to Approvals in this release.
Real-Time Approval Updates Across Approval Center and MyApprovals
Approval actions now update instantly across Approval Center and MyApprovals, keeping approval information consistent in both views without requiring a page refresh. When users approve, reject, reassign, escalate, or recall requests, the latest status, assignee information, and approval history appear immediately across supported approval workflows.
Consolidated Email Notifications for Parallel and Sequential Approval Requests
The consolidated email notifications feature now supports both parallel and sequential approval scenarios, sending notifications to all relevant approvers based on step dependencies. Approvers assigned multiple sequential steps can approve or reject all assigned steps in a single email response, provided the steps are consecutive; otherwise, separate notifications are sent for non-consecutive steps.
