View Approval History
You can view all approval request activities for a business object in the Approval History tab under the My Approval section. This tab displays activities related to approval requests for any context object, such as a contract or quote. Depending on the applied approval level, it provides enhanced visibility into the approval workflow, supporting more informed decision-making.
By reviewing past approval activities, you can gain valuable insights to guide your choices when approving or rejecting requests. Analyzing approval history also helps you identify trends and fine-tune your approach when making decisions for approval, increasing your chances of success.
- Search for a step name using keywords or click the Advanced Search (
) icon to filter results by Step Name, Attachment File Name, Approval Status, Assignee, or Actual Approver. For more details, see Filtering Records in the Grid View.
Note: For the Attachments field, the search currently supports only the "Contains" operator when filtering by file name. - Click the Download (
) icon next to attachment names in the Attachments column to download attachments.
