Enhancements
The following enhancements are new to Approvals in this release.
Advance Criteria Builder Full Screen Redesign
The Advance Criteria Builder in the Approval application now opens in full screen, providing improved alignment for text boxes, picklists, and input fields. All input fields, including LHS and RHS Search Filter toggles, appear in a single row with clearly labeled fields, and a dedicated Add Formula button is available for inserting formula fields. The redesign also consolidates Rule Entry creation into a single screen and applies to Rule Criteria, Rule Entry Creation, Search Filter Creation, Step Entry Add Condition, and ReApproval Criteria screens.
Approval Center: Select All Records in the All Tab
The Approval Center "All" tab now lets you select and perform bulk actions on all records, including Approved and Rejected requests. The parent grid now includes a functioning Select All checkbox that selects all records on the current page, and you can select Approved and Rejected records that were previously greyed out and disabled. You can now select multiple records across Product Configuration, Contract, Requests, and Line Item object types and download them in bulk.
Approval Center: Action Button Visibility Aligned Across Tabs
The Approval Center now displays the Approve and Reject action buttons exclusively in the Pending tab. In the All tab, these buttons are no longer visible for Approved and Rejected records, ensuring you only see relevant actions for each record's status. This applies to all object types.
