Billing Settings

Configuring the Forecast Action on the Cart

You may need to configure the Forecast action from the Cart Page under the Flow Settings. Clicking this action takes you to the Forecastpage showing:
  • The list of all the line items from the Cart.
  • Forecast and Go to Cart buttons.

The Forecast button enables you to land on the page from where the user can either proceed to generate the forecast data or go back to the cart.

  1. Log in to the Conga Platform as a revenue admin user.
  2. Click the App Launcher () icon from the top-left corner and go to Revenue Apps. A Products page is displayed.
  3. Go to ADMIN SETUP > Application Settings > Flow Settings. A list of existing flows is displayed.
  4. Click System. A Flow Settings page is displayed. By default, the Cart Page is selected.
    Note: The flow, System is an example. You may create your own flow.
  5. In the Action Settings tab, enter the following settings.
    Note:
    • Click Add New icon to add an action. You may need to scroll down to see the newly added action row.
    • Click the delete icon to delete an action. The delete icon is visible only for custom actions added by you.
    • Action Label Name: Add a label of your choice, for example, Forecast (Cart Page).
    • Display As: Action.
    • Action Area: Center.
    • Action Page: https://<url of Instance>/billing/Forecast/cart.
    • Behaviour: New Window.
    • Action Type: Quick Redirect.
    • Is Enabled: True.
    • Always Display: True.
  6. Click Save.
The Forecast (Cart Page) action is added to the Cart UI.
