Forecast Billing for Canceled Assets
You can generate a forecast schedules for an asset that is either fully or partially canceled. The forecast schedules contain the refund or cancellation information about the billing schedules based on the cancellation date mentioned on the line items.
The line items in Canceled status and without any custom plans associated to them are picked up for forecasting. The Cancellation Date field for such line items must not be null.
Schedules in Pending Billing status are picked up for generating forecast billing summary.
There is a new sale in discussion with TCV (Sales) of USD 1,200.00 and quarterly billing frequency. The contract start and end dates are 01-January-2025 and 31- December-2025. The BSRs of the new sale are as follows:
