Data Synchronization Settings
After completing the required configurations in Advantage Platform and Salesforce, data synchronization must be set up to ensure consistent and accurate data flow between the two systems.
This involves configuring Data Sync settings in the Advantage Platform using the API-to-API connection details and the Salesforce Integration User credentials. These settings enable secure communication and define how data is exchanged between Salesforce and the platform.
Once the configuration is complete, data synchronization is performed by selecting and syncing required business objects such as Agreements, Accounts, and Users. This process ensures that all relevant data is migrated and aligned across systems following the Salesforce org refresh.
Configure the Platform Settings
Set up Platform Settings under Data Sync Settings using the Client Id and Client Secret from the previously created API-to-API Connection. You can regenerate these values from the Conga Advantage Platform if they are not available.
For more information, see Configuring the Platform Settings.
Configure the Salesforce Settings
Set up Salesforce Settings under Data Sync Settings by adding the Integration User details. Use the Integration User created in Step 2 (Configuring Integration User in Salesforce for Data Sync).
For more information, see Configuring the Salesforce Settings.
