Locations
A supplier location represents a specific physical site or address associated with a supplier organization. It identifies where a supplier operates or provides services and is used to manage site-specific details related to that supplier. Each supplier can have multiple locations, such as Headquarters, Service Location, Ship From, and so on.
The Locations grid displays a list view of locations with key columns, including Name, Location Type, Address Line 1, City, State, and Country.
Note: When a supplier is created, either through the Convert to Supplier action or the Create New Supplier flow, the registered address entered during the process is automatically populated in the Locations tab and designated as the Headquarters location.
You can search location records based on Name and Address and also export the records to a CSV file.
