Requests Management
Manage Requests is a centralized feature within Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems that enables users to initiate, track, and take action on contract-related requests. It serves as the starting point of the contract lifecycle by ensuring that requests are properly submitted, assigned, reviewed, and approved.
Currently, this feature supports managing contract requests.
Access Manage Request from the App Launcher icon, and then Contract Apps.
Manage Conversations
You can view Manage Conversations in the contract request and supplier request details page when administrator has configured the following.
- Enable the EUF-4010-customer-centric-ui feature flag for OneShell UI.
- Enable the Launch Darkly feature flag to display the Conversation toggle in
- Turn on the Conversation toggle in .
