CLM for Salesforce

Agentforce Capability

Enabling Agentforce

  • Conga CLM for Salesforce (June 2026 or later) is installed.

  • User has admin access.

  • The Conga CLM AI Library package is installed.

  • Conga CLM is configured and operational in Salesforce

  1. Sign in to Salesforce as an administrator.
  2. Open Salesforce Setup.
  3. In the Quick Find box, enter Agentforce.
  4. Open the Agentforce configuration page.
  5. Enable Agentforce.
  6. Review any required permissions or configuration settings.
  7. Save your changes.
Agentforce is enabled and available for use.
