Agentforce Capability

Deploying CLM Legal Agent (Agentforce Script Files)

  • Conga CLM for Salesforce (June 2026 or later) is installed.

  • User has admin access.

  • The Conga CLM AI Library package is installed.

  • Conga CLM is configured and operational in Salesforce

  1. Download the Agentforce Metadata folder.
  2. Once the administrator downloads the ZIP folder, user can deploy the Agentforce Metadata using deployment tools, for example Workbench.
  3. Open the Agentforce configuration area in Salesforce.
    Note: If Agentforce Script files or agent already exist in your environment, compare the downloaded files with the existing versions and update the existing files as required before proceeding.
  4. Verify that the deployed scripts or agent (CLM Legal Agent) are available.
  5. Review the imported Agentforce actions.
  6. Verify that the deployed (CLM Legal Agent) actions are available.
  7. Grant required permissions to users who will access Agentforce, through profile or permission set.
  8. Save the configuration and Activate agent.
The Conga CLM Agentforce actions and conversation workflows are available to users.
