Verifying the Agentforce Agent

Conga CLM for Salesforce (June 2026 or later) is installed.
The Conga CLM AI Library package is installed.
User has admin access.
Conga CLM is configured and operational in Salesforce.
Agentforce is enabled in Salesforce.
The Agentforce script package is available.

Open Agentforce Agent.
Provide the prompt in the agent chat window as below.
Example of CLM Agent flow:
- If users want an agreement form to enter agreement details, they can use prompts such as Create Agreement or Create Contract.
- If users already have agreement details such as Record Type, Account Name, and Paper Type, they can use a prompt in the following format: Create <Record Type Name> for <Account Name> with <Paper Type>. For example: Create MSA for Conga with Own Paper.
- Own Paper means that users want to generate the document from the CLM Salesforce org, or that the required template is already available in the CLM Salesforce org.
- Third Party Paper means that users do not want to generate the document from the CLM Salesforce org and instead want to upload an external document.
- After the agreement is created, if users selected Own Paper, the AI agent asks whether they want to generate the document.
- Users can respond with Yes or Generate the document.
- If users selected Third Party Paper, the AI agent provides an Import Offline Document button, allowing them to upload the document.
- After document generation is complete, the AI agent asks whether the user wants to send the agreement for review or signature.
- If the users requests review, the AI agent provides available Send for Review options based on the review settings.
- If the users requests signature, the AI agent provides available Send for Signature options based on the signature settings.
- If the users prompts Activate the agreement or Activate, the AI agent activates the executed document.
