Agentforce Capability

Activating and Publishing an Agreement Using Agentforce

  • Agentforce is configured and available.

  • Conga CLM AI actions are enabled.

  • User has admin permissions.

  • Conga CLM is configured in Salesforce.

  1. Open Agentforce Agent.
  2. Enter the following prompt requesting to activate and publish the agreement, in the Agent chat.

    • Activate the agreement

  3. Review the agreement details post activation by Agentforce Agent.
    Note: Agreement document should be executed document.
  4. Open the agreement record, if necessary, to verify the updated status.
The agreement is activated and executed documents are published. Agentforce displays updated agreement status information.
