Agentforce Capability

Sending an Agreement for Signature Using Agentforce

  • Agentforce is configured and available.

  • Conga CLM AI actions are enabled.

  • User has admin permissions.

  • Conga CLM is configured in Salesforce.

  1. Open Agentforce.
  2. Enter any of the following prompt for sending an agreement for signature in the Agent chat.

    • Send for signature

    • Sending an agreement for signature

  3. Review the available Send for signature options displayed by Agentforce Agent.
  4. Select the appropriate Send for signature option.
  5. In the Send for signature page that opens, specify the recipients and signature details.
  6. Complete the signature request.
  7. Confirm that the signature process has been initiated.
The agreement is sent for signature using the selected provider and configuration.
