Agentforce Capability

Sending an Agreement for Review Using Agentforce

  • Agentforce is configured and available.

  • Conga CLM AI actions are enabled.

  • User has admin permissions.

  • Conga CLM is configured in Salesforce.

  1. Open Agentforce Agent.
  2. Enter any of the following prompt for review, in the Agent chat.

    • Sending for review

    • Sending an agreement for review

  3. Review the available Send for review options displayed by Agentforce Agent.
  4. Select the appropriate Send for review option.
  5. In the Send for review page that opens, specify the reviewers and any additional review details.
  6. Complete the review request.
  7. Confirm that the review process has been initiated.
The agreement is sent for review by using the selected review process. Reviewers can access the agreement and provide feedback.
