Working with Conga Copilot
Conga Copilot is an AI-powered virtual assistant designed to boost productivity and efficiency when working with a contract document through its entire life cycle. It leverages machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) to analyze and generate content. This tool enables users working on contract documents, supporting documents, and global and other documents to summarize them and to get answers about them.
Copilot:
- Answers questions related to agreement documents.
- Keeps a history of questions you asked it in a document.
- Summarizes agreement documents.
Launching Copilot
- Conga CLM version number 16.783 or later is installed to access AI Configurator.Tip: If you are currently using Conga CLM version number 15.770, upgrade it to the latest version to access AI Configurator.
- Conga CLM version number 16.788 or later is installed to enable Copilot support for supporting and executed documents.
- Tenant is onboarded.
- AI Configurator is launched and necessary configurations in both Salesforce and Conga Platform are completed.
- You have access to Conga Copilot.
- An agreement is generated.
- Offline documents are uploaded and associated with the agreement.
- Copilot is added to the agreement layout in .
- The agreement is activated for executed documents.
- The admin entry APTS_ContentRepositoryType is configured for repositories such as, document, chatter or content.
- A lookup field Agreement__c is created on the Content Version object for Chatter and Content repositories.
- A formula is set up on the Content Version object for Chatter and Content repositories.

You can launch Copilot directly from the Agreement Documents related list without the need to manually create custom fields. For Chatter and Content repositories, follow the prerequisites mentioned.
