Enhancements

The following enhancements are new to CLM in this release.

O365 Review Completion Based on Custom Approval Phrases

This enhancement introduces the APTS_ApprovalPhrasesForO365ReviewCompletion admin entry, allowing administrators to define specific approval phrases that reviewers must include in their O365 email replies to complete a review. When approval phrases are configured, only replies containing one of the specified phrases complete the review, while all other replies are treated as discussion comments. If the admin entry is left blank, the existing behavior remains unchanged, and any email reply completes the review. This functionality applies to all O365 review types. For more information, see APTS_ApprovalPhrasesForO365ReviewCompletion and Ending Review via Email.
