Configuring the CLM User Interface

Adding Agreement Hierarchy Button for Accounts

You need to add the Agreement Hierarchy button on the Account Detail page to view the agreement hierarchy.

To add the Agreement Hierarchy button for Accounts

  1. Go to Setup > Accounts > Buttons, Links, and Actions.
  2. Click New.
  3. Enter the following details:
    1. Label: Agreement Hierarchy.
    2. Name: Agreement_Hierarchy.
    3. Display Type: Detail Page Button.
    4. Behavior: Display in existing window with sidebar.
    5. Content Source: Visualforce Page.
    6. Content: AgreementHierarchyByAccount [Apttus__AgreementHierarchyByAccount].
  4. Click Save.
  5. Go to Setup > Build > Customize > Accounts > Page Layouts .
  6. Click the Edit hyperlink for Account Layout.
  7. From the Buttons category in the palette, drag Agreement Hierarchy into the Custom Buttons section of the Account Detail.
  8. Click Save.
