Updating Cloud Content

Collaborate no longer supports automatic updates of Cloud Content pages within templates. If you update a document or file in your Cloud Storage Provider (CSP), you must take the following steps to ensure you have the latest version in any associated templates:

  1. Open the template containing the affected Cloud Content page
    • Cloud Content pages are identified with a small cloud icon:
  2. In the Table of Contents on the left, hover over the page you want to update
  3. Click the gear icon, and delete the page
  4. Click New Page, and select Cloud Content
  5. If you aren’t already connected, you will need to select your CSP and log in with your credentials
  6. Locate the file you wish to include, click it, then click Select
  7. Repeat the above steps for any other templates that need the updated page
