Cloud Storage Integration Issues
- If any user has already integrated a cloud provider such as Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, Salesforce Files, or SharePoint Online, disconnect the account by navigating to Manage Accounts > Destroy all Accounts as shown in the screenshot below.
- If any user has already integrated Google Drive, disconnect Google Drive from the existing Conga app and reconnect using the following steps.
- Disconnect Google Drive
from your account. Open your Google Drive account
and go to your Google Drive settings by clicking the gear icon, as shown in the
screenshot below.
- Once the settings are open, go
to Manage Apps by clicking the Manage Apps option available in the sidebar,
as shown below.
- Once the Manage Apps section is
open, look for any Conga apps that are already integrate. Disconnect these apps by clicking Options > Disconnect from Drive >
Disconnect, as shown below.
- Reconnect Google Drive
with Conga with read and write access.
When
reconnecting, grant Conga full access permissions (for example: edit,
create, and delete), as shown in the screenshots below.
