Cloud Storage Integration Issues

If you are experiencing issues with Cloud Storage integration, take the following troubleshooting steps.
  1. If any user has already integrated a cloud provider such as Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, Salesforce Files, or SharePoint Online, disconnect the account by navigating to Manage Accounts > Destroy all Accounts as shown in the screenshot below.
  2. If any user has already integrated Google Drive, disconnect Google Drive from the existing Conga app and reconnect using the following steps.
  3. Disconnect Google Drive from your account. Open your Google Drive account and go to your Google Drive settings by clicking the gear icon, as shown in the screenshot below.
  4. Once the settings are open, go to Manage Apps by clicking the Manage Apps option available in the sidebar, as shown below.
  5. Once the Manage Apps section is open, look for any Conga apps that are already integrate. Disconnect these apps by clicking Options > Disconnect from Drive > Disconnect, as shown below.
  6. Reconnect Google Drive with Conga with read and write access. When reconnecting, grant Conga full access permissions (for example: edit, create, and delete), as shown in the screenshots below.
