Parameter Description: Sets the Subject to the text specified. If not specified the Follow-Up Activity Subject is set to Follow-Up: and the Activity Subject value.

You can also use dynamic field content for the parameter value: &LG7={!Opportunity.EmailSubject}

Do not use the less than (<) or greater than (>) symbol with this parameter.
