Fixing View Counter LinkTracker Feature For New Platform Users
When using the LinkTracker feature with a
Composer for Salesforce integration, you may find that the Document Views counter is no longer
updating with new views.
To resolve this issue, you must be onboarded with our Conga Advantage Platform. If you are not already integrated with the Conga Advantage Platform, contact our Conga Support team. After you have been successfully onboarded, you will receive an email login to the Conga Advantage Platform. From here, go to Organizations > External Integrations.
Click Add New and input your Salesforce or
Salesforce Sandbox environment information.
Note:
This links your Salesforce organization to your Conga Platform organization for the first time to sync their connection, but it will not keep the created Salesforce token forever.
Follow the steps found in Configuring Composer Platform
Integrations for Document Delivery Integration to finish connecting your
Salesforce account. This will maintain the connection and resolve the Document Views
counter failure.
