Setting Copilot Data Availability Duration

You can configure how long you can access Copilot data before it is archived.

Copilot gathers and creates substantial amounts of data. This data's availability period is configurable. Information is "alive" during the data availability period, at the end of which it is automatically archived. Archived data is recoverable and is maintained safely and confidentially for as long as your Conga account is maintained.
  1. From the Conga Start window, click Admin Console > Advantage Studio.
  2. Click Global Settings.
  3. Select the availability period for your data. This can be from six to 24 months.
  4. Click Save.
Your Copilot-generated data is retained in a "live" state for the configured duration.
