Q&A Agent usage information and other metrics are available to give you insight into the number and quality of queries and user interactions.

The dashboard shows:
  • Total Contract Document Queries
  • Unique Contract Documents Queried
  • Avg Queries per Contract Document
  • Active Users
  • Power Users
  • Query Acceptance Rate

Using the Usage Report Dashboard

  1. From the Conga Start screen, open Shared Apps > Reports and Dashboards.
  2. Under Company Reports, select License Usage Report.
  3. Click the Q&A Agent Usage Report hypertext.
This raises the Q&A Agent Usage Report window, with the Date Range filter set to "Last Month" by default.
  4. You can review the Total Contract Document Queries, Unique Contract Documents Queried, Avg Queries per Contract Document, Active Users, Power Users, and Query Acceptance Rate.
  5. You can change the date filter for all reports by clicking the expand arrow at top left, then clicking the Date Range box.
  6. Click in the Date Range box to select the date range type from Last, Previous, Current, Custom, Advanced, or No Filter.
Tip: The differences between the Current, Last, and Previous settings can be subtle. Watch the Actual time range to learn exactly how your selection maps.
    • The Last filter sets the range ending now. If today is May 18, the Last Month date starts on April 18.
    • The Previous filter sets the range ending at the last requested period. If today is May 18, the Previous Month date range runs from April 1 to April 30.

    • The Current filter sets the range starting and ending in the selected range. If today is may 18th, the Current Month date range is May 1 to May 31.

    • The Custom filter enables you to set relative and absolute date and time measures for both the open and close time of the range. Absolutes include Now, Midnight (the beginning of the current day), and a calendar selection. Relative Date/Time operators offer a dimension and your choice of units, from seconds to years, before or after a given benchmark (now or a specific date and time).

    • The Advanced filter allows you to express the date and time in a query language date-time format.
Tip: The info button offers detailed syntax.
  7. When you have completed your date filter, click the Apply filters button to apply it to all visible widgets.
  8. For each report tile, you can force-refresh it, expand it to the full screen, show or hide a description of the chart, view the chart data as a table, review the raw data (Drill to detail), or download the data behind the chart. Download formats are CSV, XLSX, and JPG.
