Setting Up Contract Intelligence Object Configuration
The Contract Agreement object is set as the default object for your Contract Intelligence integration. Configuration is not required if you plan to use this object. The Contract Intelligence Import status and Type fields already exist on this object.
To set up Contract Intelligence object configuration on a different object
- Navigate to Conga CLM Setup.
- Click Contract Intelligence Object Configuration.
- Select the object you want configured. You can only select one object at a time. Once the object is added, the remaining objects become grayed out and unavailable for selection.
- Click Select Objects.
- Select up to five profiles for configuration.
- Click Run Setup.
- If setup is successful, a green check mark icon is displayed.
- In the Contract Intelligence Object Settings custom setting, custom setting data is added for the selected object. The name and object API name remain the same and are listed as the object API name. The Type Field API name is the API field name of the Contract Intelligence Type field.
- Contract Intelligence Settings custom settings record is created or updated with a Default Contract Intelligence Object field value of the selected object.
- A Contract Intelligence Import Status field is created on the selected object.
- A Contract Intelligence Type field is created on the selected object. The pick list field values created are: Lease (Default), License, NDA, Services.
- For each created field's field level security, each selected profile has a Visible access level.
