Connected App Management

The Contracts for Salesforce application uses the JWT (JSON Web Token) flow for authentication. This flow enhances application security and ensures more secure authentication management. To ensure the JWT flow works smoothly for your CFS organization, the following steps must be performed by the System Administrator for all of thier Contracts for Salesforce users.

Selecting Permitted Users for the Contracts for Salesforce Connected App

  1. Navigate to Setup > Apps > Connected Apps >Manage Connected Apps. A list of all connected apps is displayed.
  2. Click Edit next to the Conga CFS Connected App name.
  3. Under OAuth Policies, select Admin approved users are pre-authorized for Permitted Users.
  4. Click Save.

Granting Contracts for Salesforce Connected App Access to All Users

Warning: All of your Contracts for Salesforce users must have access to this Connected App.
  1. Navigate to Users > Profiles.
  2. Locate the user and click Edit next to their name to grant them access to the Conga CFS Connected App.
After completing all of the steps, reconnect to your Region again under the Conga CLM Setup tab.
