Issues connecting to EU and APAC
If you encounter issues connecting the United States (US), European Union (EU), and Asia-Pacific (APAC) production instances, the first troubleshooting step should be to check whether the remote site for na1, eu1 or ap1 is active and enabled.
If you are having trouble connecting to the EU or APAC, navigate to Salesforce Setup > Security Controls > Remote Site Settings, and ensure that the following sites are included and active:
